The garage is public, but it is also used for hotel guest parking and Heights at Eastwood Apartments residential parking. This car is on the hotel side of the garage, and is mainly for hotel guests. It lets you out into a hallway on the first floor where you can either proceed through a key-carded door into the side of the hotel, or exit out a door to the outside.
