Leatherman Charge TTI - problem with the pliers 😕

Leatherman Charge TTI, here's a short video about a problem I've had with it since it was new. The pliers bind when closing. It was sent to Leatherman for warranty but it came back doing the same thing 😕 Not knocking Leatherman's warranty they've always done right by me. This is the first and only time they didn't repair the problem with an item. So what are your thoughts? Experiences? Put it in the comments and as always thank you for watching!
