■ About this video Our bakery kitchen build is finally nearing completion. This time, we install a ceiling ventilation fan to handle the oven’s heat and odors. The oven manufacturer told us a fan wasn’t necessary—but for long-term comfort, we decided to install one anyway. We also take on the slightly complex high/low speed wiring. During the final caulking, our brand-new tool was supposed to make it perfect… In the end, the “ultimate tool” turned out to be something much simpler.
