Controlling the ball can be performed with any part of the body permitted by the Futsal Rules, such as the feet, thighs, chest, head, and other parts. The main and most recommended technique for receiving or controlling the ball in Futsal is the "step," which is when the Futsal player controls the ball by stepping on it with the sole of their foot. BALL CONTROL TECHNIQUE IN FUTSAL The ball control technique in Futsal differs from the ball control technique in that it refers to the act of keeping the ball under control without letting it fall to the ground. This technique is also popularly known as "embasinhadinha" (keep up the ball) and can be performed primarily with the feet, thighs, and head. BALL DRIVING TECHNIQUES IN FUTSAL The ball drivability technique is the act of carrying the ball under control across the playing court. The ball can be drivable in a straight line or with changes of direction (zigzag). The ball can be passed using the ball's front foot, the instep, or by stepping on the ball, known as a "roll." It is very important that the ball is always passed very close to the player's feet. PASSING TECHNIQUES IN FUTSAL The passing technique in futsal is the act of sending the ball to a player on the same team. The pass can be performed with any part of the body permitted by the Futsal Rules: the feet, thigh, chest, head, or heel. The most commonly used passing technique is by touching the ball with the inside of the foot, known as a placed pass. FINISHING IN FUTSAL Finishing in futsal is the act of sending the ball toward the opposing team's goal with the intention of scoring a goal. Shooting can be performed with any part of the body permitted by the Futsal Rules: kicking with the inside of the foot (placed), with the instep, with the toe, with the heel, with the thigh, or with the head. The best shooting is one that combines precision and power. The most common types of shots on goal in Futsal are shots, especially with the instep and the toe. DRIBBLING TECHNIQUE IN FUTSAL Dribbling in Futsal involves two other fundamentals: ball control, ball control, and ball handling. Dribbling is the act of disengaging a defender by controlling and carrying the ball. Dribbling is characterized by changes of direction, creativity, speed, and agility, with the intention of deceiving the opponent and getting away from them. FUTSAL FETCHING TECHNIQUE A feint can be considered a type of dribbling in futsal, as it is also performed with the intention of deceiving and disengaging a marked opponent. A feint in futsal differs from a dribble in that it is performed without controlling the ball or in possession of the ball, also known as a body dribble. A feint is a very creative move, characteristic of very intelligent players. Characteristics of a feint in futsal include changing body direction without controlling the ball, with the intention of deceiving the opponent and controlling the ball later. #Futsal #PhysicalEducation #PhysicalEducationTips 0:00 Introduction 0:42 RECEIVING OR CONTROLLING THE BALL TECHNIQUES IN FUTSAL 2:30 BALL CONTROL TECHNIQUES 3:08 BALL HANDING TECHNIQUES 5:33 DRIBBLING TECHNIQUES IN FUTSAL 7:27 FINISHING IN FUTSAL 9:21 FINT TECHNIQUES IN FUTSAL
