St. Louis County Justice Center inmate disturbance video released
Officials have released surveillance video and a 100-page report detailing a disturbance involving 34 inmates at the St. Louis County Justice Center on Feb. 7. Timothy Ware, acting director of justice services for St. Louis County, said that changes are now underway to improve safety following the incident.
