VIDEO FOR PEOPLE OVER SIXTEEN (16+) Hello everyone! In this episode, I'll tell you how I made my childhood dream come true. I restored and updated a Soviet classic, a RIGA MINI 130 moped, for the 21st century. I used a frame I bought on AVITO for a couple of thousand rubles. It was in poor condition. I decided to install a brand new 110 cc engine with a semi-automatic transmission. To do this, the stock frame mounts were cut off, the engine was mounted in place, and a mount was fabricated for it. The frame was welded and reinforced. I decided to replace the stock fuel petcock with a nipple because it was hitting the carburetor. Time to test it in combat conditions: I conducted the first test in Moscow courtyards. I discovered a weak point: the front suspension. Any small pothole causes discomfort and metallic clanking. I conducted the second test in the Vladimir region, after heavy rains. To keep things interesting, I grabbed a companion on a pit bike and went off-roading together. After the second test, my verdict was confirmed; only a couple of steps remain to perfection: 1. Replace the front shock absorbers. 2.
