Syreeta - Forever is Not Enough

Have you ever been under Syreeta's SPELL? This is one of her most underrated projects, yet, it's one of the best albums she ever did. She wrote not only this song, but the title track, and another rock tune called 'Freedom', which tells me that Syreeta was more than just a sweet voice that could knock a ballad out of the ballpark. This woman also had a Rock edge to her musical personality--and for a brief moment in 1983-- Motown allowed her to venture in a new, funkier direction, and with the help of producer Jermaine Jackson, they produced this SPELLbinding album, which ranks among my favorite albums of all time.
