BIG TRAINS WITH BIG POWER: BHP Iron Ore Trains in Australia

Work at a level Crossing near South Headland stopped the use of the track from Finucane yard to Goldworthy Junction meaning that the Ore Trains from Finucane started to built up after unloading. After waiting multiple hours for the track to open the ore trains started to run at steady pace though Goldsworthy Junction plus a few from Hedland Yard aswell. 00:15 - The ore train from Finucane in hours is lead by 4350/4446. The train pasted at 1602 Hrs which one of the friendlier drivers at the controls. 00:42 - A double rake Iron Ore runs from Hedland with 4369/4373 at the front and unknown locos in the middle (1614 Hrs) 01:40 - An Ore Train from Finucane overtakes the Double Rake Ore Train at 1616 Hrs. Locomotives 4423/4366 lead the Ore Train. 02:25 - 4403 & 4425 lead another empty ore train from Finucane yard (1630 Hrs) 02:55 - Double Rake Iron Ore Train from Port Hedland passes one from Finucane with 4440 & 4324 on the front and 4328 & 4450 in the middle (1710 Hrs) 04:10 - Loaded Double Rake Iron Ore Train arrives from the south with 4436 & 4473 at the front and 4491/4460 in the middle (1715 Hrs). 05:15 - Empty Ore train from Finucane departs after waiting for a loaded Iron Ore Train to arrive with 4428 & 4440 (1726 Hrs).
