When breakfast and dinner can’t decide who’s in charge 😅🥩🍳 Steak Skillet Creation for the win!

I don't know who needs to hear this, but I tagged all the products I used. The only thing I couldn't tag was the Kroger shredded beef, but baby it's over there in the beef section. 😂 Now listen, this is one of them quick, throw-it-together meals that tastes like you been in the kitchen all day. All you need: 🥔 Red potatoes 🫑 Bell peppers 🧅 Onion 🍄 Mushrooms 🥩 Kroger shredded beef (or Steak-ums) 🧂 Montreal Steak Seasoning (if you ain't got that, salt and pepper will do just fine) 🥑 Avocado oil 🍳 Eggs For that sauce: 🧄 Fresh garlic 🍋 Lemon juice 🧈 Melted butter 🥄 Mayo 🧂 Salt & pepper Now first things first, go on and get them potatoes going. Toss them in a little oil and throw them in the air fryer or oven till they get nice and crispy. While them potatoes cooking off, go ahead and sauté your onions, peppers, and mushrooms in a little avocado oil. Let them get soft and flavorful. Then throw that shredded beef in the pan and let it do its thing. Season everything up with that Montreal seasoning and mix it all together. While that's cooking, make your sauce. Just mix together some mayo, lemon juice, melted butter, fresh garlic, salt, and pepper. Don't overthink it. Now cook your eggs however you like them. Over easy, scrambled, sunny side up... that's your business. 😂 Pile them crispy potatoes on the plate, top them with that beef and veggie mixture, drizzle that garlic butter sauce all over it, then lay them eggs right on top.
