Acerca de los artistas: Yemanjo es el proyecto global del productor, DJ, cantante y músico Ben Harris. Criado en la rica cultura del Área de la Bahía de California, el trabajo de Harris está influenciado por los estilos musicales del mundo que ha conocido a lo largo de sus extensos viajes. El sonido de Yemanjo es una fusión dinámica de ritmos downtempo y house orgánico con sonidos tradicionales de América Latina, África y Oriente Medio. La voz romántica y melancólica de TÂCHES se puede escuchar a través de sus seductoras producciones y sus sesiones de DJ narrativas. About the artists: Yemanjo is the globe-spanning project of producer, DJ, singer and musician Ben Harris. Raised in the rich culture of California’s Bay Area, Harris’ work is influenced by the world music styles he has encountered through his extensive travels. Yemanjo’s sound is a dynamic fusion of downtempo and organic house beats with traditional sounds from Latin America, Africa and the Middle East. The romantic, melancholic voice of TÂCHES can be heard through his alluring productions and storytelling DJ sets. Managing to straddle both sides of the dance-feel spectrum, his productions combine hypnotizing rhythms with emotive and ethereal explorations in melody. Refusing to define his music by ‘genre’, he instead aims to elicit a specific feeling - constantly maintaining a notably strong personal style, despite experimenting and evolving himself with each release.
