CPS RoboWay® was designed to provide a simple and reliable solution for robotic cables and hoses management. CPS RoboWay® offers “off-shelf” integration with various robots (currently suitable for ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa, Hyundai and FANUC) and we can design any bespoke solution to meet our customer’s specific requirements. CPS RoboWay® includes extra-flexible plastic conduit to protect cables and hoses from damage, various fittings and brackets to secure the conduit on moving robotic arm. Swivel bracket options are available if extra degree of conduit freedom is required for proper robot operation. Patented tensioner prevents conduit sagging when robotic arm is changing its position, eliminating cables and hoses breakage. At the same time the tensioner minimise the possibility of collision between the robotic arm and the conduit. The tensioner’s stroke is fully adjustable and covers the range from 300mm to 650mm for conduit diameters from 36mm to 70mm ACPD Services will provide full design and aftersales support and we provide full 12 months manufacturer’s warranty for all of our systems sold in the UK.
