MindUP training: Improving mental health in our schools
MindUp is a program to help students learn about their brain and behaviour to help improve mental health and mindfulness. It improves self-regulation, engagement, empathy, pro-social and coping skills. SCDSB teachers are currently being trained in the program and have reported back that students more focused, calm and able to cope.
