I have shared my experience of going to the Nigeria High Commission to renew my passport and here are the list of documents you should have 1. Application form 2. Payment Slip 3. Acknowledgement slip 4. Appointment slip If your passport is stolen or lost or it's your first time obtaining a passport, you want to change your name or have a minor you have to 1. Have a consent form from parent/guardian 2. Birth certificate 3. Copy of your partner or husband's Intl passport 4.
