Defense Against Wild Haymaker Punches in a Fight

First remember that there are always a few different techniques and strategies, but here is one that I've found works best for me. It is a counter attack that combines a helmet guard block, and a Muay Thai upward elbow. Block the windmill punch while simultaneously landing a sharp elbow at the same time.
