Sticky Hands Introduction

Sticky Hands is a practice in Chinese martial arts that is often misunderstood. I have made videos in my online training course going over sticky hands tips, but till this day I haven’t made any videos really discussing what it is about, nor have I done a ground upward series of instruction to teach it. That changes today. The main video below is a free lesson introduction into what push hands is and why we do it. I will then be teaching in my online course the how over time.
