When roots reach the air, they self-prune instead of circling the pot — this means more root tips, better nutrient uptake, zero root-bound stress and no root rot from oxygen starvation. ✅ Organic Soil Mix My secret mix: mature compost (same batch used for my compost tea) + pumice stones for drainage and aeration + powdered neem seed kernel. This living soil supports microbial activity without any synthetic fertilizers. ✅ Old Soil Rejuvenation with Rainwater I reused old soil and leached it thoroughly with harvested rainwater.
