When You Need To SLOW DOWN..

Today I want to share a bit of my journey of being injured and having to listen to my body and take it SLOW. Its a difficult thing, and living a new normal, but taking it slow has taught me some valuable lessons. Primarily that we need to be still and listen.. In this way we can return to the observer.. the soul and re evaluate our situation absent of all the chaos that surrounds us..
