Hand Made Lasalle Door Top

Step by step walk through of whats involved in making door top panels for the 1940 lasalle. From casting a pattern mold of the profile, making the tooling to completing the part. The reason this needed done was due to while chopping the car as the roof comes down and the car having slanted A and B posts the top of the door needs to get longer to meet up to the door opening.
