Garland MCO-ES-10S: Issue of the NON Stop heat and the blower/Motor when opening doors

For safety features, Garland convection ovens, like other brands, are equipped with door switches that pause the heat and the blower/motor until closed. In this video, we had to do an adjustment of the switches position so they get enough contact with the Cam Assembly allowing switches to energize back the motor/blower and the heat to resume once the doors are closed!
