FILM REVISITED! Using a 4x5 Sinar Monorail after 20 years!

In this episode, I return to a true classic — a SINAR 4x5 large format film camera made in 1963. It’s a camera I once used back in the 90s when taking school panoramics, and now I’ve been given the chance to use it again — this time to shoot landscapes on Ilford FP4 black and white film. Join me as I slow things right down and experience landscape photography the old-fashioned way. From loading sheet film to composing under a dark cloth, every step reminds me why large format photography remains so special. I’ll share my thoughts on the process, the challenges, and the rewards of shooting 4x5 film, along with some beautiful black and white images from the day. If you love film photography, vintage cameras, Ilford FP4, or large format landscape photography, this video is for you. 🎞️ Featuring: Sinar P1 Monorail 'Norma' 1963 4x5 large format film camera Ilford FP4 125 black & white film Traditional landscape photography techniques Film exposure, focusing, and composition tips #FilmPhotography #LargeFormat #IlfordFP4 #BlackAndWhitePhotography #LandscapePhotography #AnalogPhotography #4x5Camera #VintageCamera #PhotographyVlog #FilmIsNotDead
