Meyers is the former founder of the be.come project and a prominent voice in the wellness community. Bethany spent the last few decades as a renowned master fitness instructor and helped bring body neutrality to the forefront with their unique teaching style and acclaimed book I Am More Than My Body. Her latest adventure is parenting her toddler alongside partner and actor-musician, Nico Tortorella. With a new found focus on family, Bethany engages with her community of 130k followers, discussing all things holistic wellness, parenting and partnership. Nico Tortorella is an actor, musician, and author, widely recognized for his role as Josh in Younger and Felix in The Walking Dead: World Beyond. Recently, he starred as the lead singer in a rock band for Apple TV’s City on Fire, a role that inspired him to create his debut album, Born., during his wife's pregnancy. Nico has authored three books: the poetry collection all of it is you, the memoir Space Between, and the children’s book Olivette Is You. He also created and hosted the podcast THE LOVE BOMB from 2016 to 2018, which delved into themes of love and identity, ranked #1 in iTunes’ “Personal Journals” category, and garnered over 4 million downloads.
