Vintage twin hub conversion finally hits the road again

The bike is 35 years old now, I bought it about 8 years ago. I had a crash on it when a wheel collapsed but has been very rebuilt since. I finally got the front hub on after having to use the bike through the winter for transport. Covering loads of miles is easy but the thing is a bit of a lump. I haven't been able to ride much following an injury and as I have to go back to work soon, i've been doing 20 to 40 miles a day to regain fitness. I have a frame and a battery to build another twin but with geared hubs, at least they will match. They are 250w 36v but the battery is 60v so it might not be too boring. Thanks for watching. NB To get the front brake setup I had to replace the hub cover bolts for low profile versions. The adaptor is a +60 pm with a +23 yolk type and a washer. I first tried a +63/+23 but didn't think I had full pad contact. I may have been wrong as it was dark in the shed. If you have DNM, Venox or KKE forks the correct bracket is available. I have one for KKE forks also. I am looking into the biased throttle circuit but my second attempt was less useful than the current setup. My route was Lamorna to Porthgwarra.
