The Adventure Cook Episode 006 Bikepacking Tour de Dovre on a fat bike outdoor cooking reindeer stew

In this episode we go on a bikepacking trip in Dovre, Norway called Tour de Dovre. It takes you along 3 national parks; Dovrefjell-Sunndalsfjella, Rondane and Dovre. We brought our tent and wild camped on a 3 day trip. Tour de Dovre is around 130 km (80 miles), and is usually done in 4 days, we decided to do it in 3. Ont he first night we made reindeer stew which I prepared home before we left to save on time and weight. On the trip you can see lots of sheep, reindeer and musk ox. The musk ox are not legal to hunt, but a lot get killed by trains in the area as they wonder off the national park. I was lucky enough to be able to try some.
