Making a Fully Mechanical Clock Out of PAPER
Building a fully functioning mechanical clock out of paper from the book "Make Your Own Working Paper Clock" by James Smith Rudolph. I built this in my spare time over several months and dozens of podcasts. :) Unfortunately, I got a bit carried away when building this and forgot to film portions of its construction. Sorry about the missing parts! It was a super interesting project, and I was ecstatic when it actually worked! It keeps decent time considering it's just made of paper. It gains/loses 1-2 min/hr and the weight keeps it running for about 5 hours before it needs to be rewound
