We then head to Santa Eulalia for lunch at Project Social, where I run into Melon Bomb DJ Scott Gray. From there, we explore Time & Space, soak up the magic of the Es Vedra sunset, and grab breakfast in the charming village of Santa Gertrudis. I also swing by Playa d'en Bossa to check out the new shopping mall near Ushuaïa Ibiza and Hard Rock Hotel, before ending the day with a stunning sunset at Café Mambo in San Antonio.
