Moving to Mijas: What You Should Know
5 Mijas in 1 day. That's basically the video. Mijas is the biggest municipality on the Costa del Sol and it's really 5 towns sharing one name. La Cala de Mijas centre, the new builds around La Noria, the coastal strip running down from Fuengirola, the golf belt up in the hills with La Cala Golf (Spain's biggest), and Mijas Pueblo above it all. I drove the lot in a day to show what each one is and who it suits. The boardwalk between Mijas and Fuengirola is finally happening. The train, less so. And rentals here stay strong all year because of golf, which is the bit people tend to miss about this area.
