The Deutschland-Ticket is a subscription and offers you the flexible and convenient use of local and regional public transport throughout Germany for just €49 a month. If you only want to use the ticket for one month, you must purchase a subscription and cancel it immediately. The subscription must be canceled by the 10th of the previous month. I bought my subscription here on December 9th and canceled it immediately on December 9th. I only need the ticket in December. Of course, I could have booked and canceled it earlier. I wanted to test whether it was possible at such short notice. The two emails about the Deutschland-Ticket – the order confirmation and the email with the order number – arrived within an hour. This allowed me to cancel my subscription immediately on the same day. I'm a fan of the Deutschland-Ticket and use it every now and then to visit friends or to discover the most beautiful corners of Germany without stress.
