Pierce sweet potatoes several times. 2. Use a clean paper towel to wipe the oil over the skins of the sweet potatoes. 3. Place sweet potatoes on air fryer rack or basket, making sure to leave some space between them and not stacking them. 4. Cook at 390 degrees for 40-50 minutes (depending on the size of your sweet potatoes), flipping over halfway through the cook time. ▶ Sweet Potato Chips • 2-3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/8-inch-thick slices • 1 tablespoon olive oil 1. Toss the sweet potato chips with the olive oil and transfer them to the basket of your air-fryer. 2. Bake at 390 degrees for 15 minutes, tossing once halfway. 3.
