STEP Africa - Exchange for Change is a German - Tanzanian run volunteer organization based in Arusha, Northern Tanzania. We take pride in offering personal care and support to all our volunteers while offering one of the most affordable program fee scheme. We support several meaningful and sustainable projects in the Arusha Region while focusing on education, animal welfare, health care and family centered support in Tanzania.
