Helping Babies Grow

Resurrection Mission Baptist Church of Berkley, Michigan, Oakland County, https://resurrectionmission.com presents Pastor Joseph Chatten speaking on, Helping the Babies Grow (1 Thess. 2:1-6) Paul took care of new believers, and looked at himself as a steward of God’s message. (2 Cor. 11:26-28). A steward owned nothing. He oversaw the master’s business. Every Christian must give an account of his actions. Lk. 16:1-2. They must multiply and produce Spiritual dividends to God’s glory. Gal. 1:6-9. Faithfulness is the most important characteristic of a steward. God tests and tries our heart. Paul had a holy boldness that was dedicated to God. Acts 1:13, 29-31. Paul used athletic terms to illustrate Spiritual truths. We can preach the right message with the wrong motive, such as making money. Flattey is a form of lying. We speak honestly and gracefully. Next week: The Loving Mother, 1 Thess. 2:7-8.
