Off to a bad start..
In this video, I finally start digging into my new project car and things escalate quickly. What began as simple upgrades like installing a cup holder and fresh floor mats turned into a much bigger problem. On the first test drive, the car started overheating fast — bubbling coolant, clogged radiator, and corroded parts everywhere. With 230,000 original miles, it’s no surprise that the water pump and thermostat were ready to be replaced, so I got those swapped out and ordered a brand-new radiator to keep this 90s Nissan alive. Owning an old project car always comes with surprises, but that’s part of the fun. After wrenching all day, my boyfriend Mike and I took a bike ride to grab frozen custard and enjoy the weekend. Stick around for more updates as I continue this project car build — there’s a lot more work ahead! #StayFastSmokes Subscribe if you enjoy!
