In this video, I guide you through a manifestation practice that works on a deeper level than affirmations, vision boards, or “positive thinking.” This process aligns your thoughts, emotions, and unconscious mind so your goal doesn’t feel like something you’re chasing — it feels inevitable. You’ll start by writing your goal as if it has already happened, like a future journal entry. You’ll describe who you became, what you learned, and everything that led to your success. Then, after you pause the video to write, I guide you through a short but powerful meditation to release limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, and resistance around your goal. Once those blocks are cleared, I walk you through placing your goal into your future using a technique similar to timeline therapy — so your mind knows exactly where you’re going and begins moving you there automatically. This isn’t about hoping, wishing, or waiting. It’s about becoming the version of you who already has the goal.
