🥧 Ingredients – Melt-in-Your-Mouth Chicken Pie 🥣 Dough 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/2 cups cornstarch 6 tablespoons margarine 3 egg yolks 1 egg yolk (for brushing) Salt to taste 🍗 Filling 1 cooked and shredded chicken breast 2 chicken bouillon cubes 1 chopped onion 2 chopped garlic cloves 1 chopped tomato 4 tablespoons tomato paste (I used Pomarola) 3 tablespoons frozen peas 1 heaping tablespoon of oregano (optional) Parsley and cilantro to taste Approximately 2 fingers of a standard American cup of chicken broth A drizzle of olive oil for sautéing Black pepper to taste (optional) 3 tablespoons Catupiry cheese or creamy cheese spread (optional)
