Working Out w/ Buttery Bros + Mat Fraser | Noah Ohlsen
Just before the final week of the Open, we had the pleasure of hosting the Buttery Bros (Heber Cannon and Marston Sawyer) alongside Mat Fraser and Beau Hauser! Before May arrived we did a workout as part of our quarterfinals prep that was for time: 150 wallballs and 25 burpee ring muscle ups. We finished the day strong with one of the most insane pump sessions I’ve ever done! It was cool to get to spend time hanging out and chat with Mat outside of a competitive setting. I’ve got all the respect for him and look forward to potential opportunities to learn from him in the future. Hope you guys enjoyed this fun one!
