Happy World Music Week everyone! On this Auspicious Day, Red FM in Collaboration with Czone Productions brings to you "Ha Khriang Ki Sur Myllung", a Mini Mountain Concert, where music and nature entwines together in harmony with some of Meghalaya's Finest Khasi Traditional-Folk Troupe and Artists that will give you a taste of the Abode of Clouds. Dareen Grace Marwein (11yrs) and Elfiba Syiemlieh (8yrs) are the main singers of "Mei Ko pa Ma e wan noh” they are also members of Kids Tarari Choir, Nongstoin. The song is composed by Famous Khasi Folk Singer-Songwriter Josephas Thongni from Pyndengrei Nongstoin way back in 2016. Josephas’ daughter Dareen had a chance to sing the song in 2016 at a community event at Pyndengrei when she was 5 years old. Ever Since, the family had longed to record the song and fortunately it was finally recorded in 2023. With Elfiba as a co-singer and Ms.Badahun Nongrum in the backup vocals, the song successfully caught the attention of the listeners all across the region.
