Ram Mandir incident in Ayodhya: A connection to Kashi has also emerged in the alleged theft of offerings at the Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya. The six accused arrested by the SIT in the donation theft case were recruited by the Varanasi- based Sainik Security Services. According to the Security Service, 22 people were recruited and handed over to SBI Ayodhya.
