Studio Portraits on the Leica M6
In this episode of the Leica Diaries I wanted to try out 3 different portrait scenarios and get a sense of how the Leica M6 would handle each situation. In the video I start off with natural light, then move to photos with constant light, and then add in some motion blur into the portraits. I used the usual suspects of film in Portra 800 and Illord HP5. Both film stocks handled the lighting environments beautifully and I left the shoot much more confident in these shooting situations. I also paired the Leica with two different lenses. The first being the Ziess Plannar 50mm f/2.0 and the second being the Voitglander 35mm f/1.4. I hope you guys enjoy the video and hopefully learn a thing or two from the video. As always feel free to leave a question or comment below. See you in the next video.
