If you've ever thought ballet looks beautiful, then... you haven't seen me yet. A quick introduction: I've been training since I was 12 and thought I had good body control. However, I also know I'm far from a stretched yoga diva and am more of a "WOOD" flexibility-wise. Can a stiff like me handle ballet? Well, I guess we should just find out. That's why I chose adult ballet. In this video, I examine: 👉 Can you try classes like adult ballet without being flexible? 👉 Can a fitness enthusiast find their way to ballet? 👉 What does ballet training actually look like and what exercises are involved? 👉 What can such training offer? What are the benefits of ballet? 👉 what's the hardest part, 👉 why the body sometimes "won't listen" 👉 and... you'll see if I liked it.
