The current statistics aren’t good: less than 4% of executives at major companies like Facebook, Apple, and Google are Black -- a figure that holds true across nearly every sector. Political analyst Jamal Simmons talks to Michel Martin about “The 4% Problem” and the need for a radical rethink if corporate America really is committed to reckoning with systemic racism.
