30 minute workout for your core (specifically ass and abs!) You'll need a resistance loop so have that ready - light to medium for the start but for the end I think just go with a pretty heavy one if you've got the option! It's suitable for all levels just you might need extra breaks if you're more of a beginner. Always listen to your body. Modify, rest or even stop if needed, and never push through pain.
