I did not expect to reach the end of this, all the ITG seems to be paying off. 188w new FTP 203 Max HR 2.513 w/kg FTP? That feels pretty solid given I'm still on flat pedals and I've only been riding for a couple days, it makes me feel good about the base of fitness I brought with me going into it just from ITG. I will probably do a training plan somewhat soon. I would like some clipless pedals first but it seems like the next step. A big goal of mine is being able to sustain lower heart rates, since I seem to be able to hold high heart rate for a very long time but I jump up there super fast even on very low intensity efforts. Not really sure what the play is there but hopefully Zwift is better for targeting that compared to ITG
