It's true, it's been almost 3.5 years since I last rode the Harina train. This train still faithfully serves the Bandung-Surabaya round-trip route via the northern line and is the sole authority on this route, unlike the southern line, which is dominated by several trains with more class options. Harina, the name given to this train, is taken from the name of a deer. As far as I can remember, Harina used to only serve full executive class, but now it has an economy class option and uses a first-generation stainless steel fleet. The unique thing about this Harina trip is the locomotive's repositioning upon arrival at Cikampek Station. My journey, which was initially backward from Bandung Station, moved forward as I left Cikampek Station for Surabaya Pasarturi Station.
