The Changhua Giant Buddha is seven feet two feet high from the lotus seat to the Buddha body. The whole body is made of reinforced concrete. There are two lions standing in front of the Buddha. The base covers an area of 7 acres. The deeds of the Buddha's life are displayed on the fifth floor. Under the steps in front is Jiulong Pool; on the right is the aquarium; behind is the magnificent poinciana and acacia forest, the environment is elegant and quiet. Located on the left side of the Big Buddha is the aquarium, behind the Great Buddha Hall, and behind the Buddha Hall are two eight-story pagodas, which are the main tourist bases for tourists to overlook the city of Changhua. Changhua Fan Garage National Historic Site, Fan Garage is a well-preserved treasure of Taiwan’s railway culture. Since Lukang in the past was mainly for trade, the vicinity of the port became an important base for shipping companies and merchants due to its convenient location.
