5 Min Toned Arms

This is one of my favorite ways to get my arms toned! Grab a set of weights (the lighter the better) or, don't worry about the weights. You'll feel this either way. Arm Cricles - make them count! The bigger the flex in the hands, the more you'll feel the work Ballet Arms - Close the arms like a big hug, then open. Lat Pull Down - Reach over head, then pull down towards the ribs 90 Degree Tilt - Field Goal arms then tilt them forward. Wrap Under and Up - Back out to the sides. Wrap the arm bones down and up. Newspaper Arms - Keep the 90 degree angle in the arms. Pitch the hips back. Then open and close. Triceps - Bend/Straighten / Circles **Always make sure there's a soft bend in your knees. That way you don't lock into your joints and put pressure in your low back.
