While I usually cook at home using minimally processed ingredients, I do enjoy eating out and sweet desserts occasionally. When I travel, I try to eat as freely as possible. ^^ But the important thing is that I try to eat at home for most of my meals. I'm not trying to lose weight and I don't have any particular metabolic issues, so I don't follow a specific diet.
