I’m a really big fan of our guest today. Dani Coleman is the Director of Training and Head Trainer at Pvolve , a low-impact, functional movement method quite unlike anything you’ll ever experience in fitness. And that’s how I met Dani—I took my first class with her two years ago and have since been married to the method.
