Policing Priorities 2026-2028 Conversation Event

Conversation on the development and implementation of the Policing Priorities, with views from the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration and the Garda Commissioner. This event provided an opportunity to reconnect with those who assisted us with the development of the Priorities. Following an opening address by Minister Jim O'Callaghan, the PCSA provided insights into what we heard (and how this shaped the Priorities) during the consultation process, and an overview of how we will assess progress against the Priorities. There was then a conversation on the Priorities between Commissioner Justin Kelly and PCSA CEO Helen Hall, with an opportunity for those in attendance to engage through a question-and-answer session.
