This is the BMW X6M in Forza Horizon 5, captured on the Xbox Series X and controlled with a Logitech G923 wheel. I’m using DaVinci Resolve on the MacBook Pro i7 to edit out every bit of interference, distilling this 567 hp monster down to pure, unfiltered smoothness. Under that controversial sloping coupe body lies a 4.4L twin-turbocharged V8. The official numbers from the Forza garage clock it at 567 hp and 553 lb-ft of torque, launching this massive BMW from 0-60 mph (0-97 km/h) in just 4.0 seconds. But true to the "M" badge, BMW put just as much work into the handling as the speed. The X6M features advanced anti-roll tech, which helps keep that high center of gravity pinned to the tarmac. Look, I get it. The camera is slanted, the car looks like a fastback golf ball on 22" rims, and physics says it should understeer into the jungle. But in this session, on the Logitech G923, it just flows. How I Achieved This "Smooth SUV" Vibe: My wheel settings (G923) are tuned to make the heavy chassis feel responsive, not heavy: Steering Rotation: 900 degrees (smooth arcs for sweeping corners) Sensitivity: 50 (Linear feel) Linearity: 50 Vibration Scale: 0.5 (Letting TrueForce handle the road feedback) Mechanical Trail: 1.2 Steering Difficulty: "Simulation" to remove all input lag The Tuning Setup for Smoothness: Since the car weighs over 5,000 lbs (2352 kg), we need to tame the AWD system and suspension: Tires: Street compound (stock feel), 32 PSI all around. Brakes: Balance at 60% front, pressure at 100% (gentle stops). Anti-Roll Bars: Soft (15 Front / 20 Rear). Springs & Damping: Softened rebound (8F/10R) to soak up bumps. AWD Differential: Low accel lock (30% Front / 50% Rear) to avoid bucking on exit. Alignment: Zero toe front, slight inward toe rear for high-speed highway stability.
