The Denver March Powwow brought hundreds together to honor and celebrate culture and ancestors

Subscribe to our YouTube channel: https://bit.ly/3zeF6Ch The Denver March Powwow was extra special this year because COVID-19 restrictions forced organizers to cancel it for the last couple of years. 2022 also marked the Denver March Powwow's 46th year, and organizers said there was a record attendance with more than 1,500 dancers and more than 80 drummers. Lawrence Baker, the Master of Ceremonies, explained how Powwows embody the continuation of culture and honoring ancestors.
