The ceremony was presided over by His Excellency Bishop Alfonso de Galarreta, principal consecrator, assisted by His Excellency Bishop Bernard Fellay, co-consecrator. The newly consecrated bishops are: • Bishop Pascal Schreiber (Switzerland) • Bishop Michael Goldade (United States) • Bishop Michel Poinsinet de Sivry (France) • Bishop Marc Hanappier (France)
